Casual Corporate Order Processor

Casual, Various working patterns, Melmerby, North Yorkshire.

This is a varied and multi skilled role requiring excellent administrative and financial duties, excellent time management as well as having a keen eye for detail when using a variety of systems and processes.

A Corporate Order Processor will work independently and alongside a team in a fast-paced environment, correctly processing batches of orders for our clients. You will also be tasked with carrying out other office administrative duties such as monitoring the group email inbox and general query handling.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Numeracy in balancing orders and batches of orders.
  • Bulk fulfilment of business orders through our Gift Card Management Portals.
  • Packing voucher orders for Business to Business, Fulfilment and Gift List customers to specific guidelines and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Despatching orders and Welcome packs to specific guidelines and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be responsible for prioritising and managing workload especially at busy periods.
  • Representing our clients where we act on their behalf for their customer orders.
  • Filing and keeping accurate data records.
  • Keeping office area tidy and presentable.
  • Responsible for health and safety in your area of work.
