Casual Consumer Order Processor

We are looking for friendly, adaptable and focused individuals to join our Voucher Consumer Team on a casual basis to support us during our peak seasons. There are various working patterns available, including full time, part time, evenings and weekends.

The role will include picking, packing and despatching our gift card and voucher orders to a high standard for our consumer customers. Ensuring that they are despatched and packed correctly while checking that the order is correct and complete.

Casual Customer Security Administrator

We are looking for friendly, adaptable and customer focussed individuals to join us on a casual basis to support us during our peak season. There are various working patterns available, including full time, part time, evenings and weekends.

This varied post involves working alongside a team as well as independently in a business critical role as the 1st line response to our pre-paid customer base.

The role will include assessing and checking orders to a high accuracy and against fraud standards, as well as supporting teams in the wider business with reporting and query resolution. You will be working to tight deadlines and guidelines, and you must have excellent attention to detail.

Client Account Manager

We are seeking a Client Account Manager, working as part of our Confectionery team, to work closely with our Sales and Marketing Director to support and develop the commercial relationship with our Confectionery clients Mondelez by working together with a variety of departments across the business to ensure successful delivery of our service to our clients.

The role involves supporting and coordinating our clients brand activation by forecasting, planning and managing stock levels. In addition, this role will involve working with the Sales and Marketing Director to identify key selling streams and growth opportunities by analysing sales data and trends.

Casual Consumer Supervisor

This is a varied and multi skilled role requiring excellent communication and time management skills as well as having an excellent eye for detail.

The Consumer Supervisor will be tasked with training temporary staff, managing workflow, identifying gaps in staffing needs and re-allocating staff if necessary while following guidelines on picking, loading, packing and posting orders.

Casual Customer Care Advisor

We are looking for friendly, adaptable and customer focussed individuals to join our Customer Solutions Team on a casual basis to support us during our peak season. There are various working patterns available, including full time, part time, evenings and weekends.

This is a varied and multi skilled role requiring excellent customer service skills, excellent time management and be a friendly, adaptable and positive team player, who is customer focused and driven to achieve and exceed customers’ expectations across the business.

IT Desktop Support Specialist

This is a multi-skilled role involving working alongside a team as well as independently in a business critical role. A Desktop Support Specialist is primarily responsible for dealing with IT issues logged by users via the company’s helpdesk system.

Casual Corporate Order Processor

This is a varied and multi skilled role requiring excellent administrative and financial duties, excellent time management as well as having a keen eye for detail when using a variety of systems and processes.

Gift Packing Operative Line Leader

As a Gift Packing Operative Line Leader, you will be assembling gift packages, ensuring a high standard of quality presentation and attention to detail at all times. You will also be tasked with ensuring that your line is productive at all times, and that the goods are delivered to an excellent standard.

Goods In Operative Line Leader

As a Goods In Operative Line Leader, you will be responsible for managing goods in, stock movement and stock required for pick schedules and production plans. You will also be tasked with ensuring that your goods in are documented in accordance with company policy.

Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our IT Team as a Senior IT Infrastructure Support Specialist. The role is varied and will involve supporting all aspects of our IT infrastructure at a senior level.
