We are looking for a high-calibre individual to support our key-based customer facing systems. You will be responsible for providing second line support on a suite of cutting-edge websites for a number of high-profile retailers processing £300M+ of transactions per year.
You will be the central point of contact for second-tier, complex support issues and will be responsible for designing and specifying solutions to resolve these issues and being responsible for the project lifecycle of these solutions.
