Corporate Order Processor – Fixed Term

Fixed Term 4 months, Thursday-Friday: 09:00-17:00, Melmerby, North Yorkshire, Competitive salary

A multi-skilled role involved with office administrative duties and financial responsibilities through correct order processing

MAIN DUTIES

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Numeracy in balancing orders and batches of orders
Packing voucher orders for Business to Business, Fulfilment and Gift List customers to specific guidelines and with excellent attention to detail
Despatching orders and Welcome packs to specific guidelines and with excellent attention to detail
Be responsible for prioritising and managing workload especially at busy periods
Representing our clients where we act on their behalf for their customer orders.
Review, assess and improve packaging materials and appearance of orders being despatched alongside team and Supervisor
Filing and keeping accurate data records
Keeping office area tidy and presentable
Responsible for health and safety in your area of work
